Juicy tiger prawns tossed in fragrant butter, curry leaves and cracked black pepper.

- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
