  • 2 salmon fillets (250g each)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Spring onions to garnish

    Mix soy, mirin, honey and ginger; pour in and simmer to glaze.
