Coverage
We deliver islandwide across Singapore. Some restricted zones (e.g. military areas, parts of Jurong Island) may have limited slots.
Slots
Delivery slots are shown at checkout. They fill up first-come, first-served, so we recommend ordering ahead for weekends and peak periods.
Cut-off
Same-day delivery is available when ordered before the cut-off shown on the product page. Otherwise the next available slot is used.
Missed deliveries
If you miss a delivery, our team will reach out to reschedule. Additional fees may apply depending on the situation.
Handling
Live and chilled seafood is packed with ice or insulation to keep temperature stable until handover. Please refrigerate or cook promptly after receiving.
