Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and check out. You will need to provide a delivery address, choose a delivery slot, and complete payment. Both registered customers and guests can order.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can usually update orders before the daily packing cut-off, but once packing has started we may not be able to make changes.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — please see the cart page for the latest minimum order value and delivery fee. Free delivery thresholds and minimums are managed by the team and may change with seasonal promotions.
Delivery
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes, we deliver across Singapore. Some restricted zones (e.g. military areas, Jurong Island) may have limited slots — please contact us if you are unsure.
What are your delivery slots?
Delivery slots are shown at checkout. Slots fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, so it helps to order ahead for popular days and weekends.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our team will try to contact you on the delivery day. If you miss the slot, we will arrange the next available re-delivery — please note an additional fee may apply, depending on the situation.
Product Freshness
Is the seafood fresh, frozen, or live?
Every product clearly states whether it is Fresh (chilled), Frozen, or Live on the product page and on the product card. Look for the colour-coded badge.
Where does the seafood come from?
We source first-hand from fishermen and trusted partners. Every product page shows the country or region of origin so you know exactly what you are buying.
How do I know the product origin?
Each product page lists the origin alongside other key details such as freshness status, storage instructions, and preparation options. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp.
Storage
How should I store fresh seafood?
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within 1–2 days for best freshness. Do not leave seafood at room temperature for long periods.
How should I store frozen seafood?
Store in the freezer at -18°C or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook and consume within 24 hours after thawing.
How soon should I cook live seafood?
For best quality, cook as soon as possible after delivery. Keep live seafood in a cool, ventilated condition and avoid storing in fresh water unless specifically instructed.
Refunds & Replacements
What if my seafood arrives damaged?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery. Share photos so we can review the issue quickly — we will arrange a refund or replacement for verified quality problems.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Let us know on WhatsApp with a photo of what you received. We will arrange the correct product as soon as possible, or refund the difference if a substitution is acceptable to you.
Do I need to provide photo proof?
Yes — a quick photo helps us investigate with our packing and delivery teams. It also speeds up the refund or replacement process significantly.
Subscriptions
What are seafood subscriptions?
Subscription plans deliver curated seafood to your door on a weekly or monthly schedule. Each plan has a fixed set of items at a guaranteed discount compared to buying à la carte.
Are there recurring charges?
Yes — subscriptions are billed automatically on each delivery cycle using the payment method you set up at signup. You can see all charges in your account history.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes. To cancel or modify your subscription, contact us on WhatsApp and our team will process the request for you.
